A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve your date

Deposit is applied toward total rental cost

Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled time result in loss of deposit

Remaining balance due at or before delivery

Accepted Payments:

Cash (standard pricing)

PayPal / Venmo / Cash App (+$15 fee)

Convenience fee does NOT apply to deposit

WEATHER RESCHEDULE POLICY

We understand that inclement weather happens! 

If unsafe weather is forecasted (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), you may:

Reschedule your rental (one time) at no charge, OR

Apply your deposit toward a future booking

Important:

Weather decisions must be made at least 48 hours prior to event

Same-day cancellations due to weather do not qualify for refund, but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

DELIVERY & SETUP TERMS

Delivery, setup, and takedown included

Customer must provide:

Clear path to setup area

Adequate space & height clearance

Electrical outlet within 50–100 ft

Setup Requirements:

Grass preferred (other surfaces must be approved)

Area must be clean, level, and free of:

Debris

Pet waste

Sharp objects

Important:

We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are unsafe

If setup cannot be completed due to unsafe conditions, deposit is forfeited

SAFETY & SUPERVISION RULES

Adult supervision (18+) REQUIRED at all times

No flips, wrestling, climbing, or rough play

No shoes, food, drinks, or sharp objects

Separate kids by size/age

Follow occupancy limits

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Customer acknowledges that inflatable use carries risks including injury and voluntarily assumes all risks.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Customer releases and holds harmless Bigfoot Inflatables from all claims, injuries, damages, or losses.

EQUIPMENT CARE

Customer agrees:

Not to move or tamper with equipment

To return equipment in original condition

To be responsible for:

Damage

Theft

Excessive cleaning

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to defend and indemnify Bigfoot Inflatables from any claims due to misuse or negligence.

PHOTO & SOCIAL MEDIA RELEASE

I grant permission to Bigfoot Inflatables to use photos or videos taken during my event for:

Social media

Advertising

Website marketing

No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
